A playbook defines the sales process, the technology required and the behaviours that are expected to run a sales program. We have a solution that we call “The Partner”. This is our do-it-for-you sales service where we hire, train and develop an outsourced sales team on your behalf. Salespeople can be expensive for a growing business but they can be even more costly if they are ineffective. We combine sales leadership rigour with the hiring and management of salespeople for you. Working towards joint targets we will manage everything from the hiring of salespeople, setting up sales technology, filling the pipeline with opportunities to their weekly sales calls. We understand the importance of sales technology (the tech stack) to the growth of your business. We focus on the configuration of sales technologies to align to your business and get the best out of your sales process. Furthermore, we are cost conscious when it comes to what is needed. We care about ROI – that being leads, appointments and sales. Anything further is superfluous.
When it comes to a CRM, we are a HubSpot solution provider but can also work with other CRM’s to support lead generation, business development and account management. Ask us how!
